Would You Like to Overcome FEAR?

Fear.

It’s one of those emotions that can overtake us – often without warning.

But, what does the Bible have to say about fear?

Would You Like to Overcome FEAR?

If fear, worry, and anxiety are issues in your life, why not FOCUS on some words that will encourage you and give you peace?

One of the best ways to overcome fear is to gather a few Bible verses.

Great verses about overcoming fear are scattered throughout the Bible.

I’ve put together a list of some of my very favorite verses that help me to fight fear.

I’ve also made a printable that you can save and print to use. This printable is available at the end of this post.

Here are 9 Verses That Will Help You to Overcome FEAR:

Do not be afraid, for I am with you and will bless you. I will multiply your descendants, and they will become a great nation. I will do this because I promise to Abraham, my servant.”

Verse Two – Deuteronomy 20:1

The Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, is with you!”

Verse Three – Joshua 1:9

“This is my command—be strong and courageous!

Do not be afraid or discouraged.

For the Lord, your God is with you wherever you go.”

I had back surgery on the 23rd of December and the pain is so bad I keep worrying that something is wrong. This is not my 1st go around but my 4th. It was to remove some screws that were out of place. I just need the strength to keep going. The verses you gave really helped a lot. If you have other studies you think might help that would be so great.
