Share the Hope!

What a year it has been!

We may have had grand plans this year such as embarking on a trip of a lifetime, getting that promotion, or moving to our dream home.

Perhaps you have been renting, and you would love to buy your first home.

As you begin to look for a home, you may want to speak with a trusted home buying service such as Integrity First Home Buyers.

While these plans have been put on hold due to the global pandemic, they don’t have to be forgotten about forever.

Think about how you can still move onto pastures new in 2021.

Hopefully, you’ve been able to save a little money during the lockdown year.

Take a look at how you can start a new chapter in 2021.

Take a look at how you can start a new chapter in 2021. Could This Year be a Good Year for You to Move? Maybe find a new home?

Could This Year be a Good Year for You to Move?

Selling Up

If you want to put your house on the market, you need to get a real estate agent over to value your home.

You are probably in love with your knick-knacks, your personal touches, and your decor.

However, the chances are that a potential buyer wants nothing more than a blank canvas.

If you would like to sell for the maximum price and quickly, you need to get your home clean and ready for sale.

That means decluttering, getting rid of too much personalization, and brightening up the place with a lick of white paint. You need to seduce potential buyers with a lifestyle, however gimmicky this may sound.

Dress your home to impress and you can pocket your equity to fund your property plans.

Build the House Yourself

For some people who are eager to find their dream home, there is nothing on the market to fulfill their ambitions.

Instead, another option is to find reputable architects who can guide you through the self-build process from planning and design all the way to project management and budget control.

The thought of creating your own home from scratch can be terrifying but it can also give you such a bespoke pad that you will never want to move again.

You choose the location, purchase the land, and build on your plot.

The entire process can be stressful but ultimately hugely satisfying.

Buying

If you don’t want to build your own home, you can choose other options that will make you happy.

You can always upgrade your property and make it fit for your requirements, but changing a location is tougher.

Consider those locations that are highly desirable and work out a checklist of non-negotiables that you require from an area.

  • Do you need to be close to a good school?

  • Do you require excellent transport links to help make your commute to work easier?

  • And do you want to be within a stone’s throw of your family?

The answers to these questions will dictate where you live.

So, take your time and move slowly.

It’s a buyer’s market out there so there is no rush.
